Mountain View, CA Program Manager - Global Partnerships Lead Role/Specialization: Commercial Strategy and Operations Area Description: The Global Partnerships team is responsible for enabling a healthy ecosystem of tools for the Partnerships team by being the activation layer between business development and product/engineering teams. We reside within the Go-To-Market Operations (GTM) team and enable the client's Business Organization to drive customer success. GPT is a high impact, fast paced, enablement team. We work globally with other product, engineering and business teams and own the end-to-end design and delivery of tools. Team members are entrepreneurial, analytical, and strategic, pragmatic with a bias for action. Our mission is to make it effortless for the client's Partnership teams to bring the best to our partners. Role Description: You will be tasked with the development, launch and maintenance of vital platforms for the Global Partnerships ecosystem. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Strategy, and Business intelligence teams to deliver vital solutions for our cross-product teams. You will be in charge of the end to end experience, adoption, user growth- and senior stakeholder management. You will also partner closely with Partner Managers to capture requirements, review underlying data, and build buy-in for launches. Finally, you will work closely with legal & privacy to ensure smooth access & adherence. You will be contributing to the tools and our team's overall strategy. Your thought leadership, alongside business acumen & technical empathy will act as the connecting tissue between many organizations. You will use your technical knowledge to bridge the business and engineering. The outcome will set us on an impactful data-driven course. Responsibilities: Be the expert in understanding the business of Partnerships, sift the most important business use cases by developing deep relationships within the business Represent end users & leaders as we build and execute against our tools roadmap, setting the vision and strategy Act as a true owner (be a credible voice), understanding the workflows of our users and ensuring we add value by automation, insights & driving success to their OKRs Manage launch and landing of tooling by effectively communicating launches & changes, doing UXR & UATs Stay focussed on high impact metrics like CSAT, HC savings and strategic value Weave in your understanding of AI into solutions, thinking outside the box to improve the experience of all of our users Identify key areas for process improvements and enhancements by rationalizing requirements across multiple stakeholders Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical, quantitative, or business field 5-10 years of experience in product management, management consulting, private equity, M&A, or strategy operations Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional technical and business partners Proficiency with SQL, Database knowledge, data driven analysis & reporting Ability to translate and articulate business problems into easily understood solutions and functional requirements Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision.
